XLCR Real Estate (Pronounced Excelsior) is a boutique property company based in Dubai; formed in 2022, the two co-founders collectively possess nearly 50 years real estate experience, each of whom have resided and sold property in Dubai since 2008 and 2010.
We strive to provide brokerage and consulting services on realty projects throughout the UAE.
The mandate of XLCR is very simple, to deliver excellence. In a marketplace where competitor real estate companies value their headcount, and pace at which they can grow their team, as their key success barometer; we view success differently.
